The River Gallery Apartments
Located alongside the Brisbane River in New Farm, adjacent to the Brisbane’s Riverwalk, the complex opened in 2001 and became a popular but tightly held property. A mix of villas and 1,2 & 3 bedroomed apartments is set in tropical gardens complete with pool, gymnasium, sauna and steam room.
The River Gallery Residents include both Owners and Tenants.
Why “The River Gallery”?
The name alludes to The River “Art” Gallery Apartments. 2001 opening was celebrated with a Painting Competition in which both celebrated and unknown artists competed.
The “Art Gallery” connection was continued with the complex’s buildings being named after famous Australian Artists:
Norman Lindsay, Sidney Nolan, Russell Drysdale, Arthur Boyd, Brett Whiteley & Margaret Preston.
