Internal Lot Renovations
Application Form 101 sets out the requirements and conditions for a Lot Owner to seek Body Corporate Committee Approval for proposed alterations and renovations to the interior of their Lot. Form is to be completed by the Owner or their Agent and submitted to TRG’s Body Corporate Manager.

Changes to Lot Floor Covering
Application Form 102 sets out the requirements and conditions for a Lot Owner to seek Body Corporate Committee Approval to change the floor covering within their Lot whether in part or complete.
