- If one of the Car Park Gates has malfuntioned please use the contact details displayed on the Gate Motor
- If you are locked out of your apartment please contact building management on (07) 3358 1938
- Building Manager is not obligated to assist but may do so out of goodwill. If the Building Manager is not available or unable to assist then you’ll need to contact a friend or relative if you have previously provided them with the means of access to your Lot.
- Failing that, you can contact Able Security Group (TRG’s Contract Locksmith) for an emergency Call Out for which Able will charge you. Contact Details are below.
