Security System
- CCTV is in use throughout the complex to act as a deterrent to criminal activity and to provide visual evidence in the event of a criminal act.
- Wall Signs are in place indicating CCTV is in use.
- An Access Control System is used to provide secure access to the complex.
Don’t let anyone into the complex you do not know!
Intercom & Handsets
The River Gallery is fitted with an intercom system that allows visitors to dial handsets located inside each apartment.
Owners are responsible for the cost of replacing intercom handsets installed in their Lots.
The following scale of charges to be applied for handset replacement:
- 1x Handset = $260
- 2x Handsets = $370
- 3x Handsets = $480
Prices include initial investigation, parts, labour and GST.
NOTE:
These charges apply to work carried out during normal working hours. Additional charges may apply for call outs outside normal working hours. Body Corporate will continue to be charged for repair works relating to communications system faults other than handset faults. Pricing is from DB Intersec and can be subject to change.
