Internet

NBNco FTTB and TPG Telecom (Pipenetworks/Vision Networks) FTTB (Fibre to the Building) Services are available.
Broadband services are delivered over the existing RJ11 phone lines located in each apartment.
A Compatible VDSL2 Modem is required to use NBN or TPG Services.
Residents will need to arrange directly with their preferred ISP to provide their services to their Apartment.
Service Types Information:
NBNCo ‘VDSL2’ is the standard broadband service available and is stable for all blocks.
TPG/Vision Networks ‘G.fast’ based services by contrast may not be stable for all blocks or apartment types, despite on paper having a higher potential speed.
Please note The River Gallery Body Corporate has no responsibility for these services or their associated infrastructure.
Residents should direct any complaints or requests directly to their chosen provider.
Note: There may be instances where previously connected apartments need to be re-patched to the main frame and there may be additional costs for a comms technician to complete this work. This can occur when an apartment switches between NBNco and TPG/Vision Networks. Only an ACMA registered Telecommunications Cabler should be used. Residents may also be able to request a subsequent install (sub-install) from their ISP in these instances, however a NBN service installation fee may be charged.
