No Medical Evacuation Plan
- The River Gallery’s multiple access points cannot be accommodated in a single Medical Evacuation Plan.
- Paramedics are provided with Codes giving them to access any entry point in the complex.
- Access codes do not include Lot front doors or Lifts access.
- Anyone calling the Paramedics from a Lot needs to coordinate with the Paramedics for them to access to their Unit.
- In an emergency, call Triple Zero (000) and ask for ‘ambulance’.
- If it’s not an emergency, call 13 12 33 to ask for an ambulance.

If it’s not an emergency, but it could be serious call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84).
The Queensland Health phone line is operated by qualified staff who can give you confidential advice 24 hours a day 7 days a week (local call costs apply, calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate).
