- Tenants must provide written approval from the Unit Owner agreeing to the Tenant keeping a Pet/Animal in their Unit prior to applying to the Body Corporate.
- These conditions apply whether the Pet or Animal is to stay on a permanent or temporary basis and applies to both Residents and Resident’s Invitees.
- By Law 19 applies. Pet Owners are advised to read in depth. Breaching By Law 19 and any approval conditions may result in the Pet Owner being ordered to remove their Pet from TRG’s premises.
How to Register Your Pet
- Obtain a Pet Registration Form from the Building Manager.
- Complete the Pet Registration Form and attach any required documents.
- Submit the Pet Registration Form to the Building Manager.
- If the information submitted in the PRF and supporting documents meets Body Corporate’s requirements, the Building Manager is empowered to sign and approve the PRF on the Body Corporate Committee’s behalf.
- If not then the PRF is forwarded to the Body Corporate Secretary for discussion at the next Committee meeting.
- NOTE: All the above are to be completed prior to bring the Pet onto TRG’s premises.
- NOTE: All the above also apply to visiting Pets irrespective of time to be spent on TRG’s premises.
