Smoke Detectors/Alarms
Smoke Detectors/Alarms are installed within each Lot and throughout common areas.
Smoke Detectors/Alarms, when activated, will emit a loud warning sound.
Only the Smoke Detector/Alarm that has sensed Smoke will emit a warning sound. Other Smoke Sectors/Alarms in the complex will remain silent.
For Example: If a Smoke Detector senses a smoke in your Lot then only that Smoke Detector will emit a warning sound. Smoke Detectors located outside your Lot will not emit a warning sound.
Smoke Detectors/Alarms DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES.

Residents & Visitors to take ACTION :-
Remove People to a Safe Place. Do not use Lifts.
Secure & Close :-
Close windows & front door before vacating if safe to do so.
