Are your Fobs & Keys in someone else’s pocket?
Lost Fobs, Keys or Remotes must be immediately reported to Building Manager
  • Swipes (Fobs) and Keys are provided for access to the Complex, Stairwells, Garages & Units.
  • Orange Common Area Keys provide access to the shared facilities in the complex.
  • Blue Unit Door Keys provide access to a specific apartment lock.
  • Fob Swipes and Keys have individual Codes and issuing numbers
  • Electronic Remotes enable ranged opening of the Car Park gates
  • Code Records are maintained by Building Management

Note: Fob Swipes and Remotes can be electronically deactivated by Management. Keys cannot!
Replacing Lost Keys may involve replacing or re-keying locks.

This cost will be borne by the applicable Resident.

Faults with Fobs & Remotes

If your Fob or Remote is faulty please report it to Building Management.
Note: Remotes incorporate both a Swipe (Fob) function and a Remote Radio (RF) Function. The RF function is activated by pressing the button on the remote.

Remotes
For remotes the first step should be to replace the battery (CR2032).
The Swipe function does not require a battery however the RF Radio function does.

A low Voltage battery (<3V) will result in the remote not working properly.

The battery can be accessed by unscrewing 3x Phillips head (“star”) screws located on the bottom of the remote. If a replacement battery Does NOT fix the issue please report the fault to Building Management.

Note: There may be a charge for Building Management to replace the battery.

Replacement & Additional Swipes, Keys & Remotes can only be ordered through Building Management and with the Building Manager’s approval.
Note: Key & Fob Orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to process.

Costs for Replacement Remotes, Keys & Fobs

  1. Restricted Security Swipe (Fob) – $58.00 (incl GST) each Swipe
  2. Restricted Front Door Key (Blue) – $85.00 (incl GST) each Key
  3. Restricted Common Area Access Key (Orange) – $85.00 (incl GST) each Key
  4. Additional Front Door Keys – $70.00 (incl GST) each if ordered with Item 2.
  5. Additional Common Area Access Key – $70.00 (incl GST) each if ordered with Item 3.
  6. Letterbox Keys – $44.00 each (incl GST)
  7. Remote Controls – $130.00 each (incl GST)
  8. Internal Roller Door Remotes (Villas ONLY) – $95.00 each (incl GST)
