The River Gallery Body Corporate
The River Gallery Apartments Body Corporate is a community titles scheme. Every owner is automatically a member of the Body Corporate.
Queensland’s Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (the BCCM Act) and regulations govern how the Body Corporate is managed and operates.
Each year, the body corporate meets at an Annual General Meeting to elect a Committee to manage the body corporate affairs on their behalf.
Building Caretakers
Body Corporate employs a Contractor (Turnbull MR PTY LTD t/a The River Gallery Apartments) to manage the property and facilities.

Strata Management Group act as the Body Corporate’s Accountant, Official Secretary and Advisor.
PLEASE NOTE:
Enquiries, Applications and Communications Owners to the Body Corporate Committee are to be sent to SMG as TRG’s Official Secretary or placed in the Body Corporate Letter Box by Nolan’s Garage Entrance. This ensures these are properly recorded and traceable.
